The Nicest Groomsmen Gift Ideas on the Internet!

Wednesday, November 25th, 2009

After being told about a website that had reasonable prices and a super selection of accessories for both wedding ceremonies and receptions, I decided to take a look for myself. She spoke the truth, everything from wedding invitations to exquisite little thank you gifts for the guests that could save us quite a bit. Along with all the super wedding accessories they also carry groomsmen gifts and bridesmaids gifts. Needless to say, that’s where I did all my shopping for the wedding decorations and supplies.
Since we had planned our wedding date to be in December, I wanted to have a winter wonderland wedding and reception and this was the perfect place to get what I needed for it. First I ordered winter wonderland wedding bulletins to use as our wedding invitations. When I went searching for my flower girls basket and the ring boys pillow I found a wedding set that not only had both those things but also, a guestbook, pen set and a lovely wedding garter too. All the pieces matched and I was really surprised at the total cost of the set, it was so much lower than I would expect. I know, after reading a few wedding articles, that many churches won’t allow the tossing of petals for the bride and grooms departure and many couples have chosen bubbles to be blown as they exit the ceremony. So I ordered bottles of bubbles from this online shopping site I’m using and they also send you little bubble cards for each bottle.
You should see all the accessories I was able to get for our reception. I bought all the gifts for the entire wedding party from there, including gifts for the bridesmaids, flower girl and ring boy. My fiance found quite a few gift ideas for cheap groomsmen gifts.
The groomsman favors of his choosing were glass mugs that had the word groomsman printed on the mug. We could cross off the list of things to buy as far as a groomsman gift, my bridesmaids and the rest of the wedding party, so I could now choose thank you gifts for the guests. I had quite a selection of winter themed gifts to pick from for our guests at the reception. I decided on these really beautiful winter frosted glass votive candles for our friends and family as their thank you gifts. They each had little silver snowflakes as decoration. They each came in their own little favor box with a silver hang tag.
The little snow ball ornament place card holders I bought make great little thank you gifts too. There was so much for a beautiful winter wonderland themed wedding, like our cake server set, our champagne flutes and even our funny wedding cake topper. I asked the baker to turn our top layer of the wedding cake into a ski slope, since the topper I picked was of a bride and groom on skis. Our wedding cake was confection perfection and I wanted as many pictures of it as I could get for our beautiful winter wedding album. After we cut the cake and had our toast done by my super brother in law, it was time for our bride and groom dance. I really felt like a princess in some kind of dream world while we glided across the floor, with everyone watching.
The rest of the reception was just as perfect as the beginning, and everyone seemed to have a wonderful time. The men in our wedding party really liked the wedding groomsmen gifts we had for them and my bridesmaids thanked me for theirs too. Many of the guests at the reception commented on how lovely the winter wedding reception was and how much they appreciated the lovely wedding favors.
