This simple and festive dessert combines ice cream, coffee and amaretti cookies.

  • 1 pint of vanilla ice cream
  • 2 cups espresso or strongly brewed coffee
  • Chocolate shavings for garnish
  • Amaretti cookies


    • Divide ice cream among 4 serving dishes. Pour 1/4 cup hot espresso or strongly brewed coffee in each dish. Top with chocolate shavings and serve with Amaretti cookies.

    Makes 4 servings.
