  
Balsamic Vinegar which has been aged for 12 years. This fine balsamic is obtained through the traditional method of slowly fermenting cooked grape must. The vinegar is then matured and refined through the 12-year aging process in a series of small casks of oak and chestnut woods. It has a characteristically well-balanced taste. It is aromatic with a rich, velvety brown color. Use it for salads, sauces, and to deglaze game dishes.
